Decided to try my hand at doing some pins in the same vein as the necklaces.

I found them to be a challenge in that they not only needed to be shorter but still get enough stitching for interest. I am still sold on the single crochet stitch.

These are slightly bendable too so they can be straight or slightly squiggly.

The pin back is closer to the top of the piece so that it can bend a little.

This is a self striping yarn that I added a gold filament to. the top and bottom are brass. I did this one short ways and still was able to keep the striping.
This greens, browns and turquoise the gold leaves as top and bottom. I decided to do this one long way to give it a better look on the colors
Evethough this has subtle changes in the blues I decided to add beads to deepen the color. The top and bottom is in a pewter types bead.
