Cracked geode
This is a green felted orb and wanted it to have the feel of a geode that was cracked open to see the beautiful depth of lines and angles of the gems inside. Fuzzy moss growing over it lends an earthiness to it. Finished on just one side belies what is on the inside. Read more

Dot, Dot, Dot
Using variegated yarn in purple, pinks, lime green and deep fuchsia colors and adding raised pieces before felting that gave hills and valleys after felting. Third Eye Orb
In my continued efforts in the orb field I complete an interesting one. This developed slowly and I wanted to show restraint in filling the orb with lots of things. I like the focus piece in the center and the square pieces that erupt outward but leaves open at the bottom. Read more
