Art show last week
I belong to an artist group (Tri-State Artist Guild) and had an art show last weekend. Here are a few pictures of my pieces. It was a two day show and was pretty well received. The establishment did not allow selling during the show but I did give out business cards. Read more

Rarely seen process

Completed weave/ crochet
Completed the one that I was working on. Frame is painted and fiberart piece is adhered to. If you can’t tell the frame is a soft sage green. I truly enjoyed the process of this one. Read more

Another step completed
After finishing the weaving part of my crocheted piece, it was time to scrunch the piece up. After that’s was done I picked the frame for it. I painted the frame a soft green chalk paint. Added brass flat studs to add a little visual interest. Read more
