I was looking for a pen today and came across this one. What memories it brought back about #Crochetrenaissance.
-
This one does not show up as well as I would like in photos. The colors are subtle and needs to be seen from all sides. it has a lot of depth. I’m showing with and without backgrounds.
-
This one has a lot of handwork done to it. To get the raised colors had to go over it several times then do the raised work in the orb color to accentuate the purple and fuchsia colors. Complimenting colored beads add depth. The picture does not do it justice.
-
The colors came together really well with is ovum. Deep and rich layering of complimentary colors.

I am always looking for an organizer for my projects. I found this the other day and worked on it last night. It worked out great. Below is the other bag for working projects and tools. I found an insert for the big bag it fits perfectly. So much space and cubbyholes for particular items.…

Really like the mint color of this one. Just enough glitz to grab your attention. Lots of visual impact to want to pick it up and observe the design. I have added statin ribbon buds to this. Adds a little more elegance to the piece.

I decided to try placing two firecrackers together. it turned out interesting.
-
Going to the softer side of these. Soft delft blue with lavender and opalescent beading. Blue paper flowers with opalescent centers add a little glitz. These can be posed in different poses but… are not toys because of the delicate embellishments used.
-
This one I wrapped the base with crocheted transitional color yarn then reinforced the sides with complimentary embroidery yarn. Next I wove eyelash yarn that fit in the color scheme through the band that I wound around. French knots and glass beads were added. Finally the mustard colored beads were added. This again is posable.…

Finished another firecracker. This one is a little thinner than the others. So many possibilities. It’s fun to reshape them to see different angles.
-
Worked on one of the firecracker today. It was a different one than I picked things for. Oh well. these are fun and different. It nice that they are flexible so you get different views.
-
Here is the mini ovum I made with my sister (Deb) in mind. Sparkly with a touch of purple.
-
I liked the wooly worms so much I decided to make more. maybe of different thickness. The size fits around my wrist once they have clasps so…. We will see if any of them turn into bracelets. Fun!! I also had a few more orbs felting. Want to make sure I have enough made up…

Today was feeling of ova. Decided to do several pastel ones today. Now just waiting for them to dry.
-
I decided to try something new! My minds eye saw it and it worked!!! These are bendable so can make them in different shapes. I’m stoked! Let the embellishing begin. I will be felting more of these.😊😊 firecrackers.

Finished this one and really like the colors. Greens, turquoise, navy blue and brushed gold.
