It was advised to remove a few of my pieces from their frames and finish as is. I mounted them on foam core board and cut felt for their backs. I’m still waffling about this but I can reframe them later if I choose to.

I am not much on the pastel liking but I thought I would change it up a bit. Here is the new color choice I will be working in. Will be interesting to see how the colors felt.

Itching to start another wall art piece. Found a teal shaded yarns and a complimentary variegated yarn. I think it’s ready to be felted. The hook size is “P” the size before felting is 17”X 17”.

I went to an estate sale today and was blessed to find not only yarn but wool yarn. That is rare for me. I did like this little bit of non wool too. Then… I saw this box of embroidery floss! The floss is sorted and bagged by color then ringed together.

Felted art bag ready for embellishment. Size 10” long and 9” across. Let the fun begin! Finished crocheting the art bag body part. Sewing up the sides the ready for felting.

Got up early today and drove to Michigan Fiber Festival in Allegan, Michigan. It was fabulous!!! So many fiber vendors with yummy yarns! Everyone was nice and courteous. Thank you very much for having this event.

Well I finally was able to marry the Daisy to the roots. Worked out great!! it stands about 40” and is about 15” across.

I am going a little further into the new felting stitch (FP,BP) it’s also so pretty almost don’t want to felt it down.

I found these three chicken wire type of things and thought I would felt like an art bag then put it in the wire mesh as a hand bag/ art item. Then similar work in the wreath.

I found these mesh bags that will work out great for my felting. they are different sizes too.
