This royal blue orb is crochet then felted in my 1950’s Speed Queen washing machine.
This one received its name because it did not want to felt up the way I wanted it to so… it challenged me to use it the way it came out of the machine. Crocheted lines wound around the orb. Additionally it was beaded in complementary colors.
