Back end of my art

I have always kept a spread sheet/journal of my work. It aides when showing as it has title, size, pricing, date made, what type of art, pictures, types of yarns, embellishments and additionally I have tags in the same spreadsheet so I can print them off as I need them they also are very flexible for tweaking.

This seems taxing but on top of my artistic bent I was blessed to be employed as a retail analyst. I loved that job. It taught me so much about utilizing spreadsheets to enhance my artistic work and see my way forward.

In the beginning I used Microsoft spreadsheet and word programs for a long time but when I got my Apple products (phone, tablet and laptop) I changed. It is a little different but not so much so that I can’t figure it out.

Now that I have my mini gallery I can display and see what I might like to show and all required information is at the tip of my fingers.

I hope others also utilize the spreadsheets no matter large or small.
