Taking a break?

Well not really taking a break as just not using felting wool.

I found this yarn and wanted to make a Hyggi shrug type. I think I will have enough to make it, ten balls at 50 grams each.

Using a “K” bamboo hook and a half double stitch gives this yarn a very nice drape. I like the colors as it will be able to be worn over lots of different types of clothing. Also, being mostly cotton should make it that I am able to wear it for all seasons.

I find my upper arm and shoulders get chilled, not really cold but just cooler than the rest of my body so hopefully this is just enough coverage.

This is three skeins made up in half double crochet stitch using a “K” hook

I’m breaking in my set of bamboo hooks. they run so smoothly through the yarn.

Bought several years ago and am partial to the green satin bag they came in.
